UPM hosted one of the most important activities of the HIPAIR project. During 1 week the hipair consortium have trained 9 European trainers in the UPM facilities in Madrid. It was a very interesting week, where were discussed the new training materials about HPWP, to be used by the companies of the aviation sector. This week was very productive and the first general impression of the trainees were quite positive.
Today the project is presenting their main results to their target groups in the 3rd International Multiplier Event done by the project consortium. In the room we have different kind of organizations from different countries all interested to know more about this so important theme that is the High performance working practices.
The 4th international meeting and the training of trainers sessions are already start and all of us are committed to achieve a very good results during these 5 working days.
